Macrolane consists of Hyaluronic acid which already exists within your body and thus is not recognized as a foreign substance. Infection and allergy are rare. What is NASHA™?
Stabilized, Non-Animal Hyaluronic acid (NASHA) is unique to Q-Med, manufacturers of Macrolane.
